SHIPPING

In Italy, shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-5 working days from the date the package is shipped. Only in exceptional cases can the waiting time be longer. We cannot specify the delivery time or date. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, during office hours. The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with the relevant contact details. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses with the shipment reference number, which will allow you to track it at any time. Currently, our online shop is available worldwide, but shipping costs vary by area.

You can return any product purchased on Bu-sport.com within 14 calendar days from delivery.

CHECK THE ITEMS
Make sure the items are in perfect condition, with the original tags and the purchase receipt.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place all the items you want to return in a suitable and well-sealed box

PRINT THE FORM
Fill out the appropriate online form to indicate the reason for the return.

WAIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL
You will receive a confirmation email of the return acceptance within 3 working days of receipt at our facility.

Bu Sport reserves the right to refuse refunds for products not returned properly or received after the deadline and/or in conditions different from those at the time of shipment. In such cases, the package will be sent back to the sender.

Shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of a full return of the order; in the case of a partial return consisting of only some of the purchased items, only the amount for those returned products will be refunded.

WAIT FOR THE CREDIT
Upon acceptance of the return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the credit or debit card used for the order. The actual completion of the refund may take up to 14 days. The time required for the amount to be credited to your account will depend on the institution that issued your card.

REFUND TO PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Upon acceptance of the return, we will refund your PayPal account, which will be visible within the next 24 hours. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the issuing institution of the card
