How to Order
After registering as a customer, just click on the desired items to access the description, select the color and size (where possible) you want, and add everything to the cart. Finally, click the “Order” button and follow the next steps indicated.
If an item you are interested in is not available online, it is likely out of stock. However, products are updated frequently, so there is a chance the item will become available again in the future. Currently, we do not offer a reservation service for items. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. It is important to remember that doing this does not reserve any product but saves it for a future purchase, if available.
Shipments
Normally, shipping takes a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date the package is shipped.
Only in exceptional cases can the waiting time be extended.
We cannot specify the delivery time and date.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, during office hours.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive business days, leaving a notification each time with the relevant contact information.
After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses with the shipment reference number, which will allow you to track it at any time.
