How to Order
After registering as a customer simply click on the desired items to access the description, select the color and size (where possible) you want, and add it to your shopping cart. Finally, click on the "Order" button and follow the next steps indicated.
If an item you are interested in is not available online, it is likely out of stock. However, products are updated often so there is a chance that the item will become available again in the future. We currently do not have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them at a later date. Please remember, however, that by doing this you are not reserving any products but saving them for a future purchase if available.
Shipping
Usually shipping takes a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date the package is shipped.
Only in exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.
It is not possible for us to indicate time and date of delivery.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during office hours.
The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, each time leaving a notification on which you will find the relevant contact information.
After three delivery attempts the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses with the reference number of the shipment, allowing you to track it at all times.

In Italy, for orders over 99 euro (€), shipping costs are free.
